Ask Parker to write up what you’ve found. You can export a chat as a print-ready report, download records as a file, or have Parker design a page.

Before you begin

  • Connect the data the document needs, such as Salesforce.

Which kind of output should I ask for?

Parker’s answers come from your live data and can vary from one run to the next. Check important figures against Salesforce before acting on them, and use the sources Parker shows to see where an answer came from.

Export a report PDF

A report PDF turns the whole chat into a print-ready research report, with findings, exhibits, and sources a reader outside Parker can follow.
1

Open the export

In the chat, select More actions (…) in the chat header, and then select Export Report PDF.
2

Generate the report

In Export report, select Generate report.
3

Get the file

It takes about half a minute. The download starts automatically, and the finished PDF is also emailed to you.

To export the conversation itself instead, select Export Chat PDF from the same menu, or type /export in the message box.

Export Salesforce records to a file

Ask Parker to put records in a file, for example “Put my open opportunities closing this quarter into an Excel file.” The file arrives in a Salesforce export card with its name, row count, size, and the date the link expires. Select Download to save it. After the link expires, ask Parker for the file again.

For a table Parker has already shown you, open the table’s Table actions (…) menu and select Export CSV or Export Excel.

Design a one-pager Beta

Parker can lay out a designed page, such as a one-pager that summarizes your pipeline.
1

Ask for a design

For example, “Design a one-pager summarising my open pipeline by stage.” A design takes a few minutes.
2

Compare the versions

Parker can make more than one version, called directions, such as A and B. Switch between them on the design card.

3

Open the canvas

Select Open canvas to see the design beside the chat.
4

Ask for changes

In the canvas, select a quick change: Shorter, Warmer, Stronger CTA, More whitespace, or Plainer. Or type your own change in the canvas’s message box.
5

Download or open it

Select Download HTML, Download PDF, or Copy HTML. Select Open in Pages to see it in your library, or Full screen to see it larger.
