The words Parker uses, in alphabetical order. This guide uses one term for each idea, so a word here means the same thing everywhere.

Admin

A workspace admin. Admins set workspace-wide policy. Admin-only areas carry an Admin label, such as Compliance in Settings. See Permissions.

Automation

A job Parker runs on your inbox. It reads new mail, decides which emails match, and drafts replies or tells you about them. You decide what is sent. See Automations.

Autonomy

How far Parker can act without a person checking first. The Send mode is Review, Auto when confident, or Auto all. See Autonomy.

Branding

Your workspace’s brand kit: logos, colors, chart palette, typography, and footer. Parker uses it for everything it generates. See Branding.

Channel

A way to talk to Parker outside the web app: Messages, WhatsApp, or Microsoft Teams Beta. See Parker on your phone.

Chat

A conversation with Parker. You ask in your own words and Parker answers from your data. See Chat overview.

Classification

A standing set of AI labels over your Salesforce records, such as a category for each case. You start one by asking Parker in chat. See Classifications.

Compliance

The regulations your business answers to, and the checks Parker runs so its work follows them. See Compliance.

Confirm

The button on the card Parker shows before it creates a Salesforce record. Nothing is written until you select Confirm. Select Reject to cancel. Updates to an existing record have no card. See How Parker acts on your behalf.

Connection

A system Parker reads from or works in, such as Salesforce, your mailbox, your calendar, or an app like Notion. See Connections and apps.

Coverage

House rules

Rules written in plain language for your workspace. They sit alongside rules that came from a regulation. See Rules.

Knowledge

Documents, spreadsheets, and websites that Parker can search in every conversation. See Knowledge.

Location index

Parker’s own index of where your Salesforce records are, so location questions answer in a second or two. It builds itself and never shows records your Salesforce login can’t read. See How Parker finds locations.

Location reading

Parker’s decision about what an ambiguous location field means for one record, such as whether a Location field is where a lead is or a location they want. Admins preview readings before turning them on. See Location readings.

Member

A person in the workspace who isn’t an admin. See Members.

Memory

Lessons and preferences Parker remembers from your chats, for Just me or your Team. Review, edit, or remove them in Settings > Memories. See How memory works.

Oversight

Page

A report, dashboard, or plan Parker built for you. You can refresh it with live data, keep it updated, or share it. See Pages.
