Every person in a Parker workspace is either an admin or a member. Admins set workspace-wide policy. Parker doesn’t have an in-app screen for managing people. To add someone, remove someone, or change a role, contact Parker support. See Members.

Which parts of Parker are admin-only?

Parker labels admin-only areas in the app: Pages in this guide that cover admin-only settings start with an Admins only note. For what each Settings page contains, see the Settings reference.

Can Parker see Salesforce records I can’t?

No. Parker works as the person who’s asking, under that person’s own Salesforce permissions. Your Salesforce profiles, field-level security, and sharing rules still apply. So two people asking the same question can get different answers. Being a Parker admin doesn’t widen anyone’s Salesforce access. To change what someone can see, a Salesforce admin changes their permissions in Salesforce. Each person also has their own Agent mode on the Salesforce page. In Live, changes are written to Salesforce as you. In Test, they’re only simulated. See Connect Salesforce.
Check before Parker changes Salesforce.
  • Creating a record shows a card with Confirm and Reject. Nothing is written until you select Confirm.
  • Updating an existing record has no card. If you’ve told Parker exactly what to change, it makes the change straight away in Live mode.
