# Message Parker on WhatsApp

> Link your mobile number so you can message Parker from WhatsApp on your phone.

  **Beta.** This feature is being rolled out gradually, so it may not be turned on for your workspace yet, and details may change. To request access, ask your Parker admin or contact support.

Link your mobile number, then message Parker on WhatsApp from whatever phone you already carry. Charts and tables arrive as pictures, and exports arrive as files.

## Before you begin

You need WhatsApp on your phone, and your number with the country code.

## Link your WhatsApp

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open Channels">
    Go to **Settings** > **Channels** and find the **Link your phone** card.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose WhatsApp">
    Select **WhatsApp**. The card shows **Your organisation's Parker WhatsApp number**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter your number">
    In **Your mobile number**, enter your WhatsApp number in international format, with **+** and the country code.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Link">
    Select **Link WhatsApp**, then follow the steps on screen to finish linking from your phone.
  </Step>
